Mr. Gottlieb has been our Director of Development since September 2002. Mr. Gottlieb worked for Banc of America Securities LLC, 100 N. Tryon Street Charlotte, North Carolina 28255, from 2000 to 2002 specializing in the underwriting of investment grade REIT bonds.

He received a MBA degree from Indiana University specializing in finance in 2000, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1993. Mr. Gottlieb holds a Series 7 and 63 licenses.
