Over the years G&L Realty has
won many awards from various cities and Chambers
of Commerce. However, this award is of particular
significance as it was a first place award from
BOMA (Building Owners Management Association).

over one hundred buildings were competing. |

GECC (General Electric Capital Corporation)

GECC had taken back this medical building
in foreclosure and immediately hired G&L
Realty as long-term management. |

At the outset, the building was in particularly
poor condition, and after following a prescribed
budget from GECC; the building was completely
turned around, won this award and sold at
a substantial profit. |

Located in the heart of downtown Beverly Hills
the 405 North Bedford Drive MOB was built in 1947
and extensively remodeled by G&L Realty in 1987.
The building received a beautification award from
the Los Angeles Business Council after the remodeling.

of the UCLA campus the 1001 Gayley MOB was extensively
remodeled by G&L Realty in 1987 and sold in
1992. The building received a beautification award
from the Los Angeles West Chamber of Commerce. |
