| The Sherman Oaks Medical Plaza is a seven-story,
approximately 67,000 rentable square foot MOB, constructed
in 1969, that is adjacent to the Sherman Oaks Hospital
and Health Center, a 156-bed hospital which includes the
major burn center for the San Fernando Valley. A $1 million
capital improvement program renovating the building systems
and common areas of the Sherman Oaks Medical Plaza was
completed in 1993. The Company also owns the adjacent
air rights and three-level parking structure behind the
property which provides a total of 426 parking spaces.
